The Hike Crew Outdoor Propane Deep Fryer turns any backyard, campsite, or tailgate into a full frying station - no restaurant equipment required. This fryer holds 7.44 gallons of oil and puts out 57,000 BTU of maximum heat, bringing oil to the ideal 325-350°F frying range in under 25 minutes.
Connect any standard 20-lb propane cylinder (not included), light the burner with the weatherproof push-button igniter, and dial in your heat with the flame regulator valve. The built-in thermometer with a color-coded warning zone keeps you informed of oil temperature at a glance, so every batch comes out consistent.
A horizontal rear burner system sets this fryer apart. Once lit, hot air tunnels through the unit and heats the oil evenly before exiting through the rear exhaust vent - resulting in faster heating, cleaner oil, and more consistent frying batch after batch, whether you're making fried chicken, french fries, onion rings, wings, shrimp, or hushpuppies.
Three stainless steel fry baskets with cool-touch handles let you cook multiple foods at the same time, so large groups do not have to wait between rounds. When the cooking is done, the built-in drain lever and flexible drain hose make emptying oil for cleaning or seasonal storage fast and mess-free.
Setup is tool-free: all hardware and an Allen wrench are included, along with clear body markings and a detailed illustrated manual. The included gas regulator and hose assembly are CSA-approved and connect directly to a standard 20-lb propane cylinder.
For added convenience, the optional side shelf assembly (sold separately) attaches to either or both side handles for extra counter space, and the optional wheel assembly (sold separately) replaces the left legs for rolling mobility, with locking wheel stoppers to keep the fryer steady while cooking.
Built from durable stainless steel, this fryer is designed to hold up through season after season of outdoor cooking - whether for weekend camping trips, backyard cookouts, tailgates, or holiday gatherings.
