NOTHING CAN BE FIXED. unit is basically a time bomb before it stops working. 25`to 40 uses max.
One year warranty then it’s trash. Sad that the company just makes poor quality items

Easy setup works amazing

Use it for 1 hour (if that) and error codes pop up. Not worth the money. This entire unit isn't worth $25 let alone $250. DO NOT BUY this unit. You will regret it.

This thing is so poorly built.. can only connect the water inlet not well enough it won't leak though.. I haven't even attempted to use it and don't think I will.. it's so poorly put together it's giving me pause due to the fact it's ya know burning propane and all.. the inside parts are not lined up right so i can't even put the knob on that controls the temp cuz the rod it turns isn't centered in the hole ... Can't connect the shower head hose at all to it... It's cheap thin sheet metal and there's some very loose parts inside of it.. this thing is dangerous... Not worth the risk of being burnt badly or starting a major forest fire.. I guess if you perish in the fire you won't ever know about the mega fire you started so there's that I guess.. .. I feel bad for the person who purchased this as a gift.. id return it or exchange it but it was bought online and they have no receipt..

Was given this as a gift and got maybe 30 good showers out of it before the ignitor just stopped working entirely. Seems theres no way to repair it and out of the year warranty. Have now seen several other people complain online of the same issue. Spend your money on a better product that will last longer than one year.
